If you are in danger of losing your home we may be able to help you. We can assist in all types of possession claims including those involving rent or mortgage arrears or other tenancy problems.
We represent tenants who are facing allegations of anti-social behaviour in injunction, asbo, demotion and possession proceedings.
If your home is affected by disrepair and your landlord has not dealt with the problems within a reasonable period of time we can help you get the repairs done and claim compensation.
If you are a tenant and your landlord has evicted you without obtaining a court order we may be able to help you return to your home and claim compensation. We can also take action against landlords who are threatening to evict you or are harassing you.
If you are homeless or are about to become homeless we can advise you about your rights to assistance and housing from the council. If the council have refused to help we can assist in requesting a review or appealing against their decision.
